"Pretty good cleaning overall"
To be fair, the shirts did come back looking clean and fresh. The only downside was that one stain was still there, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was okay.

"Got my clothes back way quicker than expected"
I stopped by Sage Cleaners last Tuesday after work with a few shirts and pants, and I figured I’d be waiting a couple of days. By the next afternoon, they let me know everything was ready, which was a nice surprise.
I had a packed week, so not having to follow up or sit around wondering was a big deal for me. The whole thing was easy, fast, and exactly what I needed that day...

"I just had a simple question..."
I just had a simple question, but the replies I got were rude and unhelpful. It felt like nobody actually wanted to take a minute to help me out. What should’ve been a quick, easy thing turned into unnecessary stress, which was really frustrating. I won’t be going back.

"Pretty good deal, I think"
The prices seemed fair to me, and the clothes came back clean. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but for what I paid, it felt like a good value.

"My delivery was late again, and nobody gave..."
My delivery was late again, and nobody gave me any kind of heads up. The pickup never showed up when it was supposed to, and all I got was the usual automated system runaround instead of an actual person who could explain what was going on. Really frustrating experience.
